At The Japanese Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your homeware purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile ceramics and glassware are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
